VCI provides AE design services nationwide to federal clients including Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Low Voltage, Site Civil, Geotechnical, Landscaping, Irrigation. Our services include:

Since our inception, VCI has delivered these services to a host of federal agencies, among them the VA (medical facilities and national cemeteries), the Strategic Petroleum Reserve, and other federal agencies.

Management Services

VCI has 16+ years of proven performance in delivering project and construction management services to federal clients from Alaska to Puerto Rico. Our services encompass:

Pre-construction services including existing conditions surveys and pre-construction submittal reviews
Support for daily technical and administrative functions of construction projects
Quality assurance inspections, third-party testing and inspections
Onsite and reach-back support services for owners
Technical support for change orders including scoping and estimating
Construction Period Services
Project closeout services including final submittals, pay application reviews, pre-final and final inspections, transfer of custody documents, and record drawings
